At 12 STOREEZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Hand over the package to our designated courier service or drop it off at a local collection point using the prepaid shipping label provided.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
